Castle Comfort Diving Lodge


Right next door to the Anchorage, Castle Comfort is small and friendly. This 10 room inn embodies a warm sense of home comfort.

Your day will start with a relaxing breakfast on the open air terrace facing the ocean, rich local coffee, pancakes made with tiny, sweet local bananas and small loaves of bread, lightly toasted.

The rooms at Castle Comfort are simple and clean with more than sufficient air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Dive Dominica, the oldest dive operation on the island, is a PADI and NAUI dive operation and has the sharpest boats on the island. The shop itself houses the air system, gear storage and office. Dives are two tank morning trips, leaving the afternoon free for island exploration or superb shore diving. There are Frogfish, Batfish, Sea horses, Pipefish, Snake ells, rare banded eels and much, much more.

A recently completed oceanfront expansion luxurious and spacious Guest rooms with lounge area or Suites offering separate living room, whirlpool tub, kitchen facilities (with microwave and fridge), large balcony with expansive view of the Caribbean sea.
