acre private resort not far from Fiji's main Island of Viti Levu. Castaway sits on Qalito, a small reef-ringed
island in the Mamanuca Group just 20 miles due west of Nadi International Airport.
Castaway is the most popular Mamanuca Island resort. The overall size of the Island with its lush tropical vegetation,
and bush walks, secluded spacious bures, creative Island cuisine, and the genuine warmth and friendliness of the
Castaway family of staff combine to provide a unique island holiday experience.
There are sixty six spacious thatched
traditional Fijian style bures (bungalows). Whether your choice is beach front, oceanview or island setting, all
bures feature one queen size ensemble and two single beds. They comfortably sleep four persons.
Each bure features traditional Fijian
design high roofs and ceiling mounted fans. Sleeping and living quarters are separate with the emphasis being on privacy
and comfort. A well stocked drinks refrigerator is provided. Your bure has a separate large ensuite bathroom including
separate shower, toilet and vanity area complete with hairdryer and toiletries. Castaway has an abundance of fresh
clean water.
Windsurf, paddleboard, sail a catamaran
around the lagoon. View the living coral reef by snorkeling or through a glass bottomed boat, all with our compliments.
Award winning P.A.D.I. dive facilities and training, jetskiing, parasailing, waterskiing, handline and game fishing
and island hopping on Fiji's fastest speedboat are offered in addition to our complimentary activities.
Our PADI award winning Dive Shop staff
will be pleased to assist you with all your diving requirements. For those who have never scuba dived before, try our complimentary pool session - a great introduction
to the underwater world. Qualified divers must experience 'Gotham City', 'Saqa Cave' or the exhilaration of the
'Supermarket' shark feeding.
