Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located close to many of the major tourist attractions in the area. Mayan ruins, cultural tours, and Eco-parks are all closeby. The Marina area is the heart of Puerto Aventuras with the Dolphin Discovery Programs at the center. Restaurants serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and often have live music in the evenings. For shopping, stroll around the local shops and boutiques featuring silver, talavera pottery, handmade jewlery, textiles, and clothing. Internet cafes, pharmacys, small supermarkets, car rental agencies, ATMs and money exchanges are also in the marina area. Accommodations range from All Inclusive resorts, to hotels, to condos.
